Dr Christian Stucki, co-founder of the Notz Stucki Group, is now a member of the Group’s Board of Directors. From 1959, he served as a financial advisor to the Quilmes group. In 1968, Dr Stucki was a founding board member of the Leveraged Capital Holdings fund, launched in conjunction with the Edmond de Rothschild group. Dr Stucki holds a doctorate in law from the University of Zurich.
Christoph La Roche sits on the Notz Stucki Group Board of Directors, as well as the boards of the Group’s entities in London and Luxembourg. After beginning as Dr Stucki’s assistant in 1969, he left Notz Stucki to serve as CEO of the Adler & Co. private bank, returning to the Group in 1990. Christoph holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of St Gallen (HSG).
Marc Maisonneuve sits on the Notz Stucki Group Board of Directors as well as the boards of the Group’s entities in Mauritius and Luxembourg. Following various positions held at different accounting firms in Geneva, he joined Notz Stucki in 1967, becoming a director in 1976. Marc holds an accounting degree from the University of Geneva.
Olivier Dunant serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Notz Stucki Group. He is a partner at Borel & Barbey, a law firm in Geneva, where he specialises in banking, finance and business law for Swiss and international financial institutions. Olivier holds degrees from the University of Geneva Faculty of Law and the Southern Methodist University School of Law (USA).
Grégoire Notz, a director of the Notz Stucki Group, has sat on the Group’s board since 2008. Before joining the company co-founded by his father, he held various positions at Permal Asset Management in New York, SBC Warburg in Zurich and Banco Santander in New York. Grégoire holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University (USA).
Alex Bridport has been on the Notz Stucki Group’s Board of Directors since 2014. He is a managing partner and founder of Bridport Investor Services, which provides impartial advice as well as execution services to bond investors. Before co-founding Bridport & Cie SA in 1991, Alex worked for Kleinwort Benson, then served as the general manager of investment banking for Chase Manhattan (Geneva), after which he was appointed managing director at Shearson Lehman Brothers (New York). He is a graduate of the Sorbonne University, Paris.
